The soup diet is based as the name of the soup consumption shows for different meals of the day.
What is a soup diet?
A soup diet is a 7 day diet of vegetable soup or broth. Soups can be mixed or not to vary the texture of the soup. However, a soup with whole vegetables provides more satiating effect.
The soup diet is supplemented by:
foods rich in protein and low in fat (fat yoghurt, fish);
fruits ;
nutritional supplements (capsules, teas, vitamins, minerals ...)
supplements of vitamins and minerals
This diet is for people who want to lose weight fast.
There is also a variation of this scheme, which alternates between:
a week of soup;
stabilizing week
